SEC Disappoints once again

Well the bowl season is over once again for SEC football and yet again for I believe the fourth year we are either 500 or under 500 in wins. Georgia had everything going for them except that they forgot to show up to play. Auburn forgot how to play in the first quarter and Alabama tried to blow it as well. Why is it the most powerful conference in all of college football can't seem to win a decently hard game outside of the conference. If you have any ideas on this please comment. I love football but this is discouraging.

While I admit that both Auburn and Georgia were huge disappointments, we cannot forget that some of the teams came through. Alabama's D showed up once again and held Texas Tech to their lowest point total of the season (Texas allowed them 17 points). Alabama's offense was also without D.J. Hall, the team's leading receiver. Florida played well against Iowa and won their game though they also allowed Iowa to come from behind. And we definitely cannot forget the annihilation of Miami at the hands of LSU with a back-up QB.
I agree that there were disappointments with the results of the SEC's bowl games, but there were also successes.

Well as an Alabama fan I understand your point but let us not forget that alabama had Tech down 10-3 with 5 min left in the game and let tech drive right down their throat and score. And I do stand corrected the SEC was 3-2 this year in football which is the first time in 5 years so that is a positive I guess.

Sorry brother, but the SEC was 3-3.
Winners = Alabama, LSU, Flordia
Losers = South Carolina, Georgia, Auburn
And what is this "as an Alabama fan "...I thought I had taught you better than that...lol
